Bolder Lives will ensure that all personal data, digital and paper, will be kept securely, and will not share this data with any third parties without express consent. I will not take identifiable case notes. You will be able to access your information upon request. Your data will be kept for two years, after which time it will be destroyed. Please note that communication technology – email, Skype, text, phone etc. – cannot be guaranteed to be secure and when you agree to begin coaching you will accept risks to privacy that this may pose that are beyond my control.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information to any outside party. We are not responsible for other parties who assist us in operating our website, such as website hosting partners or online communication platforms. This does not include situations where we are required by law to release certain information.

We collect cookies - small text files that are are stored on your device when the website is loaded on your browser. These cookies help us make the website function properly, make the website more secure and provide better user experience. We also collect information like the number of visitors to the website, the number of unique visitors, which pages of the website have been visited, the source of the visit etc., to understand how the website performs and to analyse what works and where it needs improvement.
